Recently stayed here, I must say I loved it & location makes it even more perfect. Strikingly beautiful modern deco, the amenities as well as the security is just wonderful. The size of the rooms especially the shower is reasonable.However there was no air-conditioning or at least a heater, furthermore there were no extra blankets (even after requesting) to keep warm. I hope they will soon install air-conditioning or heaters or at the very least provide extra blankets.Nonetheless I will still recommend this place to friends and family. I am also keen on booking a stay again soon. Affordability is one of the reasons people should stay here and the views are somewhat relaxing with the access to your own balcony.

Love it, very clean. Right next to the mall. Its really like a home away from home. Washing machine and dishwasher. The cupboards had everything I needed to cook. Great place

Our room took my breath away even before arriving. This place looks exactly like the pictures. Its absolutely stunning and basically home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the Wifi and Netflix. Rosebank mall is literally a 2 minute walk away. The aesthetics are absolutely beautiful.I would change nothing about it, and my family and I will be visiting here more often. Thank you for you amazing service !

A Newly built apartment building. Self catering apartments in the heart of Rosebank

My fiance and I have been living here for just more than a week and we are currently loving it. Location is ideal, I no longer have to drive to work or to the shops. Building is very secure with 24 hour access controlled security. We look forward to have many more happy years at The Tyrwhitt.

Very bad experience from this morning around 7 one security was literally trying to fight me & refused when I asked him to open the door for me upon my checkout.He even took off his mask so he could shout during this time of COVID risking my health.very rude guy who sat down with a black suit by the reception desk.Unacceptable behavior from a staff member.bad service tanishes everything the hotel stands for & my experience !!

Terrible service.

WORST place to stay! The staff are completely rude, the management do not take any or your concerns or matters into consideration. The building is mismanaged and the apartments have bad and cheap finishings. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

Tyrwhitt is under construction.. Galtex is cladding the walls; the tower on Bath Street with its podium and the second tower on Broadlands. They are the Masters of ventilated facades - cat 7 in particular. Best way to preserve the building from elements and to keep it well dressed without much laundry after many dirty seasons.Pass by to see it come into shape
