The security guards arent professionalenough.So a lady passed me by just now and told the security that she wants her friend to do her hair (please note its 9:30am and visitors are allowed to enter the premises at 10am) so she was allowed to go through without even signing or being reminded of the time.My sister sent her son around 9:40am to come and sign for me but I was denied access and told that visitors can only enter at 10am.

This place was my home for 8 years.very safe and very clean. Management of the building 5 stars.
