If I could give South Point negative stars, I would. It is the absolute worst student accommodation you could live in. There are cockroaches in the rooms. The laundry facilities rarely work and if they do, the machines swallow your money. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi is down majority of the time so your academics are affected negatively. You have to get a vacate note everytime you wish to leave the building with a bag. The security guards at the reception are corrupt and request bribes. The rooms never get cleaned; the rooms have carpet which have a lot of dust and dirt.
Stayed for 10 months, it was okay for a student but they seemed to be increasing their rates every year... Wouldnt really recommend
Great student accommodation. Right on top of KFC and is close to many schools such is Rosebank college and Damelin.
