I sent back the item and am still waiting .Never ever in my life have I been messed around like this .I waited 3 weeks after I paid to recived a faulty product and i am being ignored and treaded like it is my fault .its been 2 Months and i am still nowhere close to resolving the issue .I am expected to cover transport fees back to them but cant even get a replay regarding the shipping address .I paid in full in good faith and it is my fault because i will not accept the faulty unit with the serial number cleaned off .Pruchased through big or buy number Order 17946283.The guy i am speaking to will not even give me his namebeyond shocking , please stay away .- 5 stars
