The lady on the counter is very rude . They sold us a lap top and told us the battry life is good while it was in verry bad condition and it was not lasting even an hour

Fantastic service.. I really appreciate and salute their manager. I couldnt get his name( he is a white guy! Please Im not trying to be racist) but the guy is amazing, so professional, understanding. Actually I dont have words to describe him.. Thumbs up!
