The team from Unlock Reality was a key collaborator to TMG Makerspace on a series of experiential learning events co-hosted during December 2019. We found Brett and his two assistants Keegan and Devyn to be meticulous, professional and courteous throughout the project. They shared their expertise on Virtual Reality (VR) with passion and gusto in a series of engaging, entertaining interactive VR experiences for event attendees to enjoy (both commercially available and original content).Unlock Realitys VR gear is current and in excellent condition: all three stations were superbly maintained, headsets kept hygienically clean at all times, and all of it worked throughout the grueling schedule of all three events! (This is a MAJOR plus for us!) Brett made sure the three headsets were either tethered or charged at all times, so there was no downtime where attendees could not enjoy the immersive experiences they showcased. This was a crucial factor to our external client to ensure a high quality learning experience to each and every attendee - 1000 invited employees across 3 jam packed set-up sessions and 5 long, intense event days across 3 cities (Centurion, Durban and Cape Town)!Brett cares about his work, his team and his profession deeply, and it shows! As project coordinator I did not have to worry about the Unlock Reality team at all - they were reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. With people like Brett and team facilitating immersive digital tech experiences for the public, as well as creating their own VR and 3D content, I would love to work with Unlock Reality again in future!
