It is ridiculously horrible. The process to get in is not well thought out. You stand tand in a line for about an hour. The cashiers dont seem to know what the air doing. There is no social distancing. Its a mess shame!

Had such an amazing time, brings out the child in you. There are sanitizers everywhere which helps a lot as you move around and try all the games. Would not mind greater variety in games

This must be thee most kitted out Fun Company Branch I know forget the kids rides which are always super awesome best thing on earth for kids•Bumper cars•Bowling section•Mini MaizeIt is also a fun company for adults :-) they have a full on snooker section with bar and all... no under 18 allowed, you can leave the kids to play while you are relaxing in the snooker bar section and watching over the kids and passing by shoppers down below.Tuesday’s are half price Tuesday on everything , no sure about the snooker section.I really love this whole electronic move money loaded on card and tickets loaded on card from physical coins and paper tickets if I’m being environmentally conscious yet on the other hand there is something about having the tickets coming out the machine that just has this feeling of winning.Otherwise it’s always a great place to bring the kids for some good adrenaline fun time.

The kids had a blast here. A great place to take your kids. Great ro see Covid protocols being observed.

Horrible!! Complete waste of money and time. Had my daughters birthday party there and they couldnt get anything right. Not to mention, I now have a collection of cards with money on that I cant get back.

Well what could be said about this place. Beside the bar and bowling area there is nothing much about this venue that makes it stand out. As a parent I would never leave my kid unsupervised in this area so close to a bar.Its odd to have a bar in the same area as kids toys for toddlers. It takes the idea of responsibility and warps it abit.For adults wanting to blow off some steam after work and just forget about the day, then its amazing but to be stumbling out of the bar and bumping over kids is weird.Maybe its time to separate the 2.

Games dont get wiped in between uses and to here is not enough sanitiser stations.the only one that was visible was empty.

Always a great time whether you want to go bowling or just for the arcade. However, ours and the people next to us bowling balls kept coming out the same chute so we had to share the bowling balls, which was mildly unpleasant especially considering covid.

Definitely cant complain about the service here. The best time to visit is during the week or on a Sunday if you dont like crowded places. The pricing is fair for their games and the bowling (bowling was about R60 pp). You need to purchase their Fun company card and then load money onto that card to play the games.

Great place for kids, my son enjoyed the bowling. However i do feel that they should fix the out of order games, because there are a limited amount of games you can play. The staff is not all that helpful, no one wants to be helped by someone with an attitude. Also its not very safe environment, theres no security to monitor the surroundings.

It is really wonderful place for kids and Adults for fun. Specific electric cars where children and adults play together enjoy to ride with nice music.

Visited with my son to pass some time playing some games. I was told the card cost R10, which you could not get back to return the card. Strange policy for people only visiting once (We live overseas). Policy aside, I was given a receipt that stated the card did not cost anything. So essentially I was given a receipt for less then the amount of money I paid. No idea if staff just pocket the difference? Never had a retail experience where the funds paid dont match the receipt! Pretty much all staff (except the manager, who was great) seemed frustrated with my questioning, as if I was being an inconvenience for pointing out this flaw in their operation.

Really disappointed with this place. Half the games don’t work. We spent so much money to get tickets only to get to the section to choose toys and the shelves are empty . The last time I complained to the manager and clearly nothing has been done. This is the worst game shop for kids. We pay allot for the games and the toy section is really disappointing. It seems like this place is deteriorating even more.

New games available to play. Couple classic throwing games.Card type.R10 deposit for card, then you load money. So far of all the different arcades we have been to this one is the most overprices. P.s. no real tickets are won, its all digital.Plus side is it has tempin bowling and bumper cars.And ultra violet glow in the dark put-put coarse a total blast from the past.Collect balls and putters before you swipe your card.

I celebrated my birthday last Sunday on the 28th of October 2018......it was the best experience everWhat I loved the most was the staff on duty that night between 6pm and 11pmThe stuff was very welcoming,they assisted us in every way that they couldIll definitely be coming back!!!!!

Our names were mixed up and changed during a game. We brought this to managements attention but they could not care less. After repeated follow up the fixed the names but gave us the wrong scores. I would not recommend this to anyone. Everyone makes mistakes but being so terrible at fixing it ruined our experience.

Most machines didnt work when we went there. The bowling area is cool. They play very loud music. You have an option of ordering food and drinks from the bowling area. Overall experience was ok.

The bowling was really fun, but they dont refund the card you buy to play. Doesnt make any sense. What would I do with the card if I am not coming back? Its waste of money for me and waste of plastic cards for them as the ones who dont come back again throw the cards to the trash. Consider the environment.

Dont waste your time. Went there with my family and tried to use the photo booth. It took only one of my R5 coins. I then asked the manager to refund me as it was stuck in the machine, he refused. The incident took place 1 May 2017 at 11:15am. I consider it theft!

The place is always nice but always packed in the evening, well all the times I have been there.

The place is not secured at all my daughter and her colleague lost all the valuables on Friday the 2/11/2018 no one took responsibility for that. I will not advise any one to visit the place sorry ‼️the place is pathetic

This place is unsafe and will never take my kids there ever. There is a bar and bolling area where people get drunk and you leave your kids there to play. And you get watched from the bar side very closely by thiefs where you put your handbag or any bellongings. And surprise surprise where all the theft happens theres no camera, what a coincidence. Bad place.

Inexperienced staff in terms of injuries! Not even a first-aid onsite with a mere bandage! So upset as our children go there to play but they are not safe! After an injury due to an unsecured fire extinguisher fell on my foot, the staff was unresponsive and dismal! The owner was very arrogant and naive at the claim of my injury, even with video footage! FUN COMPANY ROSEBANK, NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE esp children.

Most of arcade games dont work properly and are very badly maintained , mini golf fixtures were flimpsy and one did fall missing my two year old son by a few centimeters
