I ordered a Midea watercooler in the Winter months of July/August 2020. In September as it became warmer i realised the dispensed water was not as cold as it should be. I requested a technician come & look at it through the Oasis water distributor i bought it through. These people have been very professional but Midea themselves have been a Disaster of epic proportions. After 6 weeks of continuously trying to get a technician, promises made etc, (i have received one voice message in all that time that i returned, spoke to the technician who agreed to come later that day & never pitched up...) i am happy to chuck out their RUBBISH MIDEA PRODUCT & buy something that works! So moral of this story - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MIDEA THERE IS NO BACK UP SERVICE!
