I bought a lazy man pop revert guy at adendorff in Krugersdorp with a fraction of the price. The gun has now been repaired 2 time in a space of a year. I have 2 other guns from builders warehouse that Ive used for more than 5 years without any problems. The sales man asked me if I know how to use a pop gun. And told me the warranty wont cover because it mechanical damage. I will always choose builders warehouse any day. The service is 10x better and so is their warranty on tools

This place has all the power tools you need

Extremely unprofessional. I have emailed 2 branches asking for quotes, not one contacted me back. I then called the Cape Town branch where the sales rep said they see my email and must have missed it (2 weeks later), I was then promised a quote on that day and have to date still not received anything. Pretty sad, as I informed the sales rep I want to buy the machine, but I guess they dont need the sales.

People should know or adendoff have quality tools

Their machines are affordable, in my opinion they are the best all around South Africa.

Extremely annoying that the staff does not know their products. I spoke to a sales rep that tells me the product has a battery built into a unit but does not know what battery. I had to call another branch to get the correct information and assistance.

The good: great range, staff really motivated and helpful, everything has prices, well laid out.The bad: had to fight with the security guard for a couple of minutes to get in because they refuse entry without scanning your drivers licence. Since when do I need to compromise my privacy to enter a retail store? What is next? Fingerprint scanners? Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Will just go to the store on Rosettenville Rd next time.
