Absolutely useless place to try and get spare parts from for their air conditioning systems. They sell complete kits but Absolutely no parts. So if you install one of their products and something goes wrong you will have to purchase a complete new kit, this is unbelievable hense the reason I spoke to them directly to confirm. Well in my opinion this is extortion and I for one will definitely not support this business at all and will not send any new models to them for retrofitments as it will tarnish the relationship with our customers.

I have not heard from Harrack for a week or more since I took my car there. I have absolute trust in their workmanship. Why have i not heard from them ??? Im really worried.

Impressively reliable repair shop. They did an excellent job on a particularly challenging problem and backed up their timeframe promise. Very good with older BMWs (2005 4.8is). Superb support from Alicia at the front desk and Jimmy in Workshop 3. Cannot recommend them strongly enough. Also, pricing was 40% cheaper than anywhere else.

Fantastic service from the Harrack team. I was explained the process of the potential work and costs. Whilst other companies quoted straight for a compressor replacement, the Harrack team explained that the issue could be just a compressor service and a gas refill, which is what it turned out to be. Thank you Harrack team.

The client service at this Company must be the worst EVA. They have no ideas what they doing and charge for parts but then dont fit them. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone please stay clear unless you want to be ripped off. Try getting hold of a manager is impossible

I took my car in, they first said they can’t find a problem with the ac, so charged me R590 to regas, this is after I told them that, it was regassed 2 weeks before. After a week the car was out of gas, this time the said I should leave my car overnight and they will do a full check with a high pressure machine. Next day I was just informed that my evaporator is gone verbally. I have asked for a written report but nothing. The foreman is only interested in selling not keen on making the customer happy. Very bad service from a once reputable company

Poor service, after spending 7K on having my aircon fixed and returning it a few times they still cant get it right and keep wanting to charge. They dont honor warranties and customer service is bad. Amazed they are still in business.

Very disappointed with Johannesburg branch! We asked them to check the compressor as Daihatsu advised us that the compressor needs to be fixed. So thats why we brought it to Harracks as we were told they can recon the compressor. Got a call back from them to be advised that there is nothing wrong with the compressor. Its only the discharge pipe that needs to be repaired. We paid over R3000 for the pipe to be repaired and to regas. 2 days after I got my car back the aircon stopped working. Took the car back and they told us after 3 days my car was there, that they found a problem with my compressor and I need to recon it! They will do it for R3000 excluding vat! And after we agreed to have it repaired for that price as we didnt really have any other choice as we would have lost the R3000 we already paid, Malcolm increased the price and it was non negotiable!!! So today Im sitting with R3000 less in bank account with no Aircon! Thank you Malcolm for this poor service!
