Mike & his Team has been tremendously helpful, they have gone over and above to assist us. We had 4 deliveries (3 boxes per destination) that needed to go to 4 different Lodges/Game Reserves with a tight deadline, and I mean tight as a vacuum sealed product!Goods were picked up on the 18/03 and regardless of the Public Holiday, all goods were delivered by the 24/03 (Gobsmacked) if you know the shipping industry, all game reserves only gets delivered once or twice a week but with the assistance of Mike & his team, they made this possible.Thank you Mike and your team for handling our consignments with professionalism and efficiency - we and our client are most grateful.We would definitely recommend Rush, they are very affordable & efficient.The Bindery Shoppe Team

Good product. I think they need to review reasons for having some prohibitions on items to be couriered. The world is smaller now, one should be able to courier anything if theyre willing to pay the fee, and the company is capable.

Literally the worst courier service I have ever used. Booker for my parcel to be picked up tge next day and within a week still heard nothing. Does not even respond to any emails or the chat function on their website

They are very cost effective and give you more than one service provider to choose from. I almost missed out on excellent service by checking reviews on other sites first last month. I also loved the fact that I was treated like a big paying client. Everything was done professionally.Starting from their user-friendly website that enables you to do a quick quote and send a parcel, to the agents who are available online to chat to you in need of assistance instead of a robot that cant answer some questions, to their quick response to queries and their working relationship with The Courier guy services. The courier service was faster than I could be ready for their collection.Even when the mistake was mine Rush Courier would go out of their way to resolve my issue. I have found a courier company for whatever I need to send now(essential products) and future after the Lockdown. I am impressed.Keep it up Rush Courier

I have been using Rush for a few months. They are cost effective and not once have I had anyone not take responsibility from start to finish regarding a query when the courier messed up. I have to say Joy has been a life saver to me from way before the lockdown...and only today did I find that she is in Accounts! She has helped to resolve countless delayed parcels with the courier themselves and yet its not even part of her job. She went and still goes above and beyond her duty and she should be highly commended by the company as a star employee. Joy, thank you for being so amazing, for helping me and listening to my rants about the courier and always coming back with an answer. You ROCK!!!

I made an overnight delivery with them on Friday, which couldnt be delivered on Saturday because they do not work on weekends. Great, Now its Monday, my Sister in Witbank, Didnt go to work so she can receive the order, only for her to call them in the morning and they say they dont know where the order is. She calls me and I immediately call Globe flight and they say the driver is on the way, mind you that was 10 in the morning, My sister then calls them again to find out and the Lady at Globe flight, who was rude says the package has not not left the hub. Now we are confused so she calls Rush again at 14:00 and they say they will make the delivery today , even sent an email confirming that the Order is out for delivery. Now its 18:00 in the evening and still nothing. An Overnight should have been delivered today, Witbank is only 1 hour 30 minutes away from Johannesburg. To top it all off, Theres no one to contact from the Rush offices now because its out of office hours. Im livid as I type this. Dont use this service if you are in a truly in a rush.

Im so impressed with Rush South Africa! This has been the easiest and most cost effective way of sending packages to my family members (especially during this strange non-socialising Covid time). Both my packages arrived at their destinations (one local and the other CPT/JHB) well within the expected delivery dates. I will (and already have), highly recommend you guys.I realise there have been negative reviews and at the end of the day, the company works through people and people make mistakes. Its bound to fall through the cracks some days but you guys have exceeded my expectations and I want to thank you.

On 4 September I scheduled a collection for 7 September via RUSH.The courier did not pick up my parcel on the 4th and after calling them directly I found out that RUSH had scheduled collection for the 8 September instead!I wasted a day waiting for them to pitch up for no reason. I could not get through to anyone at RUSH either to follow up.First and last time using their service.

Rush have come up with a business model that has been long outstanding in South Africa, they are going to be taking the Ecommerce world by storm with this model. I have dealt extensively with Mike from Rush and can only say that they aim to please and will go out of their way to assist and accommodate your business.

I have stopped using RUSH as the service from SKYNET is appalling! I have lost customers because the deliveries take so long and the customer service is really not good. Changed to PARCELSPOT and really such a vast improvement!!

I wish I had read the reviews before hand, utterly useless. It takes a lot for me to complain but they never take accountability for their own mistakes. Please if you’re reading this, do yourself a favour and use a different courier company, go direct it’s the only way to get issues sorted.

They used to be good but now their service levels are going down terribly. They have become so unreliable and deceitful. Not good for business.

They never accept mistakes and will never refund you the difference between over night and budget. They could take up to 7days for overnight and then come with excuses but wont refund you a bit of money because budget was received.

Service is not good at all. I sent my package for next day delivery and they failed to deliver even after a week so... tried calling them multiple times and they got stores to say. not to sure what to do
