As an accounting package in a regular trading environment that is not heavily dependent on recording your balance sheet and income statement in two currencies, customers will appreciate Palladium as a powerful and user intuitive product. My hope is that they will adapt to the growing demand for service solutions whereby a customer can have everything in one package as opposed to using 3rd party software more geared toward a service and support industry. I am hopeful that the Palladium team will continue to innovate and improve their product!

I am disappointed in the package. The pre-sales pitch and service was and is absolutely amazing, but after sales support is often met with sorry, we cannot do this or that. Moving over from Pastel accounting is difficult as it seems that Palladium is not build for ad-hoc, after the fact historical processing. Processing takes a lot longer and more time of Palladium than on Pastel.It also seems that the package is not designed for clients that create custom clients through a setup assistant often as the amount of work to get each and every client workable is enormous.I am disappointed in the fact that various of my complaints are just not answered, ignored and that no solutions are found for obvious challenges.It does not seem to be worth the saving.

Palladium accounting is a terrible program.Not at all what we were promised. Gives a lot of errors, very slow and can do with a lot of improvement. Made our work a lot slower and still isnt functioning as it should.

Rather go with SageOne, same functionality better support. If you are a IT Wizz go ahead and try this software, but should you need support, dont count on it. Support contracts are compulsory when buying the software and billed either monthly or annually, but support issues seems to take months to resolve. Waiting 2 months for a system fault to be corrected. Still no response.

Palladium software full of bugs especially around year end. Support line rings for 2 minutes before forcing me to leave a message or contact the operator. Operator also does not answer. Pathetic service, as the solution to their software bugs seems to be to roll back the system to before year end and redo all of the work.
