The sales agent that helped me has 0% customer service. The only thing he cared about was getting a sale for the month. They dont give u any feedback of the outcome of the application. And they promise u lies.

Theres a lot to fix here.. was safe before and was to be an estate as per discussion but now its just a complete kasi where one sleeps with one eye open

I thought I wanted to buy a house here but after seeing how tiny the houses are Im not so sure🤔

It was very clean.

No breathing space. Not different from flats. Children only play in the street. Only bed can fit into the room

The project is too slow, the standard bank are sending SMS to people that havent occurred their houses without certificate of completion.

The houses are very nice, security tops, very secured, but I would not recommend it for a large family. a family of 3 or 4 is more than enough for these houses
