Food was fresh and delicious as usual. The coffee still as food as ever. We love the view from our table and just so nice to eat and visit weekly.

As a regular wimpy patron we usually get good food. When we eat in. The take away is different tho. Daughter wanted a veggie deluxe burger... We got one to take home to her 😃 It was dry and not even a sign of relish on there. Really disappointed ☹️

Accompanied by my Wife, Brother and sister-in-law we enjoyed breakfast on Monday morning 26 April 2021. Excellent friendly service as always. The best place to enjoy breakfast.When we arrived at home after breakfast I couldnt find my cellphone and it it came to my mind that I maybe left it on their table by accident. I phoned them and luckely the waitress who served us found it on the table and took it to managment. Thank you Wimpy.

I took my granddaughter for breakfast. We got the menu & wasnt asked what ee would like to drink & the waiter left. After sitting waiting for 10 minutes I left as there was NO service & there was only four couples already eating. Never again will I go there again

Some of the most generous, kind hearted people you will come across. It’s so hard to find people who have no problem going out of their way to serve - these guys are those people! Highly recommend experiencing it for yourself.

What a pleasant experience! I arrived there with 13 family members. At the time there was no table big enough to accomdate all of us. We were so impressed with Marius, the supervisor, for swiftly re-arranging the outside dining area by politely moving other patrons around and moving tables and chairs to seat us all together. Hats off to Wimpy Foutains Mall - Very impressive service and the food was excellent too!

If I could give no stars I would! I took my mother there last week for some breakfast and we eventually got seated .. then we waited patiently for service 20 minutes later a waiter came past and I had to ask for service. We ordered water with lemon and a basic breakfast. The waiter forgot about us and came back 15 minutes later to bring out WATER that didnt even have lemon in! Then we waited a further 15 minutes only to receive undercooked eggs, two small excuses of bacon (super small) it was burnt and the toast was burnt. We asked for brown bread but gave us white instead. Whilst we were waiting, I noticed how filthy the table and chairs were .. the floor was covered in food and slimy stuff. I didnt even wanna salt my chips due to how disgustingly dirty everything was! ALL of Jbays Wimpys are disgusting! New managers required for ALL of them! Is the area manager even managing these stores or what!?

Its a cheap burger type franchise.. dont have high expectations and you wont be disappointed! That said the burgers arent bad but the service is indifferent. This one is not top of the class in Wimpy franchises and could do better! Very busy in season but no wait out of season.
