Ordered Latte and a burger. Got he Cutlery and latte after about 10-15 minutes. Latte had a lovely taste but was cold. After 50 minutes paid latte and left. Food never pitched up. Waiter excuse-they are very busy although not more than 65% of table occupied . He reported to manager who just shoved his shoulder and persist alon not making eye contact with me.
