The seating at the restaurant is plenty and the atmosphere is great. There is no table service at this restaurant, you order and you wait at the counter. They also have a wide variety of salads available daily.Die Kospot is a restaurant which offers healthy home cooked meals at an affordable price. They also offer puddings, of which I would definitely recommend the Malva pudding! If you would like to have Sunday lunch there it is highly recommended that you call them first to order.

Good food. It was a bit difficult to hear the announcer outside on the deck when he announced that the order was ready. It would be much better if they can put another loudspeaker at the door to accommodate the people who sits at the furthest side. Especially when its peak. Furthermore, I love their food. Keep it up!

If you in a hurry, be patient when you order food here. It is not because they slow - they are extremely busy, but for good reason. Had the calamari and snoek as a take away. It was excellent and can compare with the best I have every tasted!!!. The Kospot/Vismandjie is one of the highest quality take away places I have ever seen. The food quality is excellent and that is why they are always busy.

This is the best calamari in JBay!! Ive tried others and nothing compares, just go a try it and you wont be disappointed! It is a takeaway place but nice outdoor seating and a very relaxed vibe. I always come here on my travels!

Always stop here any time were in j-bay, and it never fails to give out fresh seafood. Would recomend the hake and Calamari. Cooked in very light oil and the batter is always amazing and light
