I had a Telkom LTE Router which was working well while I was staying in Primrose. My night mare started when i moved to Jeffreys Bay as there was unstable weak signal. No IT could help me to fix my problem. Then one day I went to another Internet shop and there was a person from DynamITConsumer IT Solutions who heard my complaint. He offered to help me by coming to my place in Wavecrest. He took the matter up with the people who I bought the Telkom package. Eventually he got them to migrate my package from Telkom to MTN Pure LTE. I had to get another Router and sim card which he arranged everything for me. He then came and set up my internet when the things arrived. He spent some to get things going for me. He even came the next day to check if everything was working and in order. He even helped me with other problems I had.Now why could not one of the others places I went to help me the same way. If it was not for this man I may be still without Internet. We need more of this type of people who CARES for others. He would make a difference in any ones life. God Bless Him for showing his true Character.
