Used to be great...now no one will take calls after hours, and bandwidth is shocking. I think they have over subscribed....

Great service always ready to help ..at a price....but very shocking bandwidth...didnt realise after so many years with you..that now my connection is outdated..many of us expect to use skype..zoom...no longer suitable for me as I do teaching on line...well I tried..not working. I need minimum 10mps both ways.We need LTE , fixed LTR or fiber and G5 in the Midlands.Will iuncapped considere such an investment to stay on top...as they have been in the past?
