Dropped in a few days during a holiday break in the Midlands. Very friendly, and accommodating staff. The gym is clean, has an open feel with a wide selection of different machines, classes and weights. What I really like is the balance between options from cardio to weight lifting and crosscore. It is a gym for everyone but retains the feel of a raw iron warehouse which encourages real effort (a bit different to your high street led lit gyms). Ill be back!
