There was a huge mixup with our large order but the manager worked with us to get it resolved. Everything else was great

Well prepared food and staff went out of their way to have my order if 20 street wise 2 ready by 7.30am although they said 8am. I explained I needed to collect the food and drive to Escourt with it. They had it ready and packed when I arrived at 7.30am

Service was slow but, chicken was fresh and hot from the oven. Only request is for kfc to provide plates for their family meals.

Unfortunately the Tower Burger was too salty and the chicken was overcooked and dry; definitely below the standard I am used to.

What an absolute joke this place is, they have no idea whats actually going on.... They struggle to read the screens correctly, mixing up orders constantly... literally everyone that was ordering in the KFC was fed up with some people actually just walking out... .. Im Shocked to say that they in real need of training or a major staff overhaul waiting 30+ minutes for food when the place was quiet is unacceptable, Its the last time Ill support this franchise. 30+ minutes for an all star box meal.... Come on you slackers do your job correctly.

The service at this kfc was awful. So disappointed at the level of indecency. I walked out with less peices and mostly wings from my 21piece bucket. Called the head office and spoke to AMANDA MAKELE and she is such a let down in the head office. Horrible experience!

Was at one point fast and efficient. Now they either don’t have chicken, a core ingredient you’d think they would keep abundant stock of or their drive through is closed or broken. They get your order wrong, huge delays again of the basics which should be prepared. Definitely not coming back.

Ive always had a couple of unpleasant surprises with many KFC restaurants, but the Howick one seems to always be on point! A definite go to, Keep it up!

Terrible service. Check your order thoroughly before leaving Howick KFC, on Sunday I bought KFC, at home unpacked order, kiddies meal was not there despite paying! This is the third time KFC Howick will not see me again.

Last visit was not pleasant, was in the queue (drivethru) for more than 20min, not even one person came out to tell us. If the is an issue or anything or while placing my order no one said the is a delay or anything. Just set in the line and got to the window, no apologies nothing even the sludge i had order was almost wet.

KFC Howick is ok ... the food is fine but the service can be very slow. I am not sure if they are under- staffed? Otherwise it is clean and neat.

Its was great knowing you paying or purchasing items at a store or eating house. The owners need to keep management in check.My line of work I make it my duty as a businessman to keep my clients happy their happiness is what drives me providing good service keeps them coming back & referring others to me.If a person is at the till point etc, is looking unhappy cant even share a smile what is he/she there forRemove them if there is no change in behavior and atmosphere around them.Should I be in this situation at the till no matter what Im going through this has got nothing to do with the customer REMEMBER THIS

I enjoyed the food but did not enjoy the drive thro experience at all. We had people worrying us off the streets who went from kfc window to KFC window to beg. Circled our car watching every move. Asking for money and food and I felt sure they would grab at things.I wont do it again.! I considered driving off without receiving my order.
