Beyond bad service and attitude. Still waiting for the flowers to arrive....bad business woman and made out that the lack of flower delivery was somehow our fault. No apology. Unprofessional. Tardy. Poor communication. Shame on you Lorraine. You took the money but you didnt deliver the goods. Accept it.
