Great service very warm and friendly ,but I didnt really enjoy my box master it was not prepared nicely like the one I hear before on my previous visit to Hoedspruit .I guess some days are better than others 😑

Clean and efficient with sit down area and toilets for customers. On main road next to a filling station. Also has good parking space. Very convenient

First time I visited KFC. Walked in asked for a bucket for 1. Was informed they dont have. Then I tried streetwise and was informed they dont have either. I could not understand the lady behind the till and she was not very helpful and friendly. I was then informed they DO NOT HAVE ANY CHICKEN and I have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken as there was none available at this time! Really? I thought they called Kentucky fried chicken! Last time I will ever go there again! Bad bad impressions!

Had an issue where I got the wrong food item and the gave me a new one free of charge. Staff are always friendly and go the extra mile. A prime example of how fast food chains should be.

We bought food from KFC. When we wanted to wash our hands they told us we are not allowed to wash our handsI understand that with covid they want to limit movement in the KFC.Problem is if I buy food I want to be able to was my hands

My order was made completely wrong. 0 stars if I could. The bun looks like they found it after 5 years sitting under the fridge. Not normal of KFC. I am going to report this to KFC. Very poor. However I went back and they remade the whole meal and it was good.

The worst experience ever. The young lady Eulanda gave horrible attitude. Assuming that everyone speaks the local Tsonga language.. I am never going again. She instead of listening started arguing and pretty much stopped serving us.

When we got to the collection window they topd us to wait for 7 minutes. We ended up waiting half an hour.

Worst KFC ever! They have the slowest service. The employees don’t seem to care about customers! The drive through is 30 minutes minimum. Don’t come here it’s a trap! I repeat it’s a trap!

Quick n 24/7 hospitality

By far the worst customer service Ive ever received, the staff have no sense of agenci. I went through the drive through on Friday and had to wait 15min to get my order. On Sunday I went to purchase inside and ended up waiting 25min for my order and the place wasnt even full! There a three POS but only one is operational.

Im from jhb, walked into kfc hoedspruit and asked the guy in front who takes temperature whether the store was halaal, he said no. We asked if they had a certificate, he said no. When we asked Do you know what halaal is, he said no. We continued to queue. The cashier was helpful and brought us the halaal certificate. We ordered however the service was very poor, we waited long, the orders were just piling up. The mash and gravy was more like thick mud mash, very very little gravy, more like a drizzle. Very disappointing branch

The service was really great, they assisted us as soon as we walked in.

All The workers are smart ,have got business language and knows how to explain to the customer on the areas you dont understand.

Fresh quality food and good service

The service at KFC Hoedspruit has never been bad. The chicken burgers and chips have always tasted nice and the staff have always been friendly and the restaurant always been clean. The drive through is also never too hectic.

Everytime you wait for extended time periods for your food. Staff are very uncooperative.

Not great service unfortunately. I was asked to park in front and my food would be there in 3 mins. I had to wait over 20 mins. Not good.

Ultra slow service... supposed to be a 24-hour concern, but they close the doors and hide in the back, pretending to be closed. The drive-thru is very very slow as well. When you think youve got a few minutes to quickly grab a bite before work, forget it... theres nothing quickly about it. The food is decent though...

This is so sad you drive up and expect a certain standard, because you pay for a service. After having to back up from the car counting sensor to find out that you have something missing from your order. Again. This has been the 3rd incident and it just shows you that expecting the excellent KFC standard does not exist in Hoedspruit. I am not giving KFC Hoedspruit another chance. I am sorry but you have lost me as a customer.

Me and my friend just ate here, the food was really good and so was the place.The only problem is that the dishes are a bit small, and we needed more then one dish to get full.

All the Covid protocols were observed, the chicken as a little dry, possibly too long being kept hot as it was not that busy.

Service needs to be jacked up. Orders are wrong. Waits to for foid in drive through, so they ask you to back up your car or wait at the front of the store. To bypass their own timing system.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. Slow unfriendly service. Many dissatisfied customers some of whom had been told to leave the drive thru and order inside. Have no clue what the food tastes like as we asked for a refund after waiting 35 minutes

Good service I had one real early morning insadent with the staff asleep at the drive thru ... but hay i would not have made the night my self .. I give them 4 stars and will still easily support them I have to get my am twister fix now and then

Their ice cream machine is almost always out order and they are very slow in the morning. If it is on your menu you are suppose to be able to serve it. Not being able to serve certain items on the menu for a period longer tham 3 days is unprofessional and not what the KFC name promises.

Horrible....the meat was orange in colour...the KFC recipe was definitely not implemented...the worst KFC ever...or maybe u are changing the recipe...🤮🤮🤮
