Everything about Two Vikings is great. Yesterday...Valentines day with my precious wife, we go to Two Vikings. The owner takes my order, we wait at the tables provided outside. Next thing, our order is brought to us. While we are enjoying the most delicious, scrumptious, flavour filled fish and chips (I had calamari as well) when it starts to rain. The owner came outside and moved the table and chairs undercover for us so we could continue with our meal.Two Vikings is my go to spot for seafood. Great value for money. You wont be disappointed 😊

Bought onion rings and mushrooms 3 days ago and they were great. Tried them and 3 days later and mushroom portion was 1/2 the size. Seems to lack consistancy.

Fresh, hot and tasty. We usually order the fish and chips or the calamari or fish burgers. And when we get home to westville they are still hot. Only wish they were on uber eats or opened in westville.

Really good fish and chips. We had onion rings aswell which were crunchy and sweet. The calamari was also a hit. Fish and chip portion for 4 was plentiful and so good!

The date 30 April 2121.The time about 13h00.Upon recommendation of some people at the Shongweni Farmers Market my wife and I visited Vikings in Hillcrest. Very nice place 👌with friendly staff. We ordered grilled fish and chips and also deep fried fish and chips. Onion rings and fish cakes with a bottle of chili. The fish cakes were very dark and overdone. The fish was good but the chips could not be eaten as it was very glassy. We really hope that this was just a bad batch of chips as we would like to give it another try. Thanks Chris van Zyl

So many people recommended Two Vikings, so I had to try it.I was totally blown away. Wrapped in paper with salt and viniger...the smell filled my car and I could not wait to tuck in 🐟🍟 😋 I was definately not dissapointed 👌✔The portions where huge the batter was not to thick and the price was very reasonable.I will definately return. Thank you Two Vikings... Job well done 😎

Staff have earned my respect. When I called to place an order and couldnt get through, was called back not long after. Upon arrival I found such a vibrant friendly atmosphere from staff who seem to enjoy their jobs and have great product knowledge with excellent recommendations on meals. Not something we see often from takeaways. Sized portions that are cheap. Definitely a new hot spot for me... well done

The wrapping completley ruins the perfected recipe of batter and fish.After opening airtight enclosed meal, the batter is like stodgy flour and the fish absorbs all the oil. Gross.A more blotting type paper with steam outlet /opening wld be better.

It was OK. Visiting the parents from Joburg we decided on fish and chips for supper. Unfortunately there were substantial bones in the fish and the chips were very average. Had much better elsewhere.

Not open on public holidays. The triple is best value for money. Kind of pokey place and service is indifferent.

Without a.doubt the best fish and chippie in Hillcrest for a while. Try the Darby and Joan for good value!

Portions are big.....love it. We dont buy fish and chips anywhere else besides Two Vikings.

Very disappointed. Fish was over cooked and Prawns were over done. Took 30 min for the food to be cooked about 10 min to long.
