Was looking for a cake topper because i wanted my name on it as well, i googled and came across this company and i emailed them and in no time i was hooked up, although i must say if you want one done in record time will not work, i suggest you make contact with them long before your bday or any other celebration because good work takes time and they certainly pull out all the stops to make it perfect! I love my own personlised cake topper and if Godwilling, i can use it for many more years to come, i recommend them but if you want a rush job i suggest you go with someone else..

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order specifically mentioning i need the item by 24 September. I should have known the place was useless when I had to email my details through twice in the same mail chain. After being promised I would get the design to approve, and following up time and time again, I only received it on the 22nd. 2 days before i needed it! Immediately mailed through edits and then even just designed it myself for them to make cut ready and just do it so I could get it fast. On the 28th of September I was still following up with the edits i sent through, only to be told I emailed sales and I need to deal with the designer... its one freaken company!!! I dont care who I emailed, I expect a response and actual commitment. And i didnt even have the designers email address up to that point. On the 29th, the designer emails me the design I sent through and says Ive finished designing it. They literally sent me the exact design I sent them! Then I said if MY design will work for the cut then please go ahead. I was utterly confused how it would work, as the way I did it, the letters were not linked, so it would literally just fall through. I eventually received a calls asking if they can add lines as the letters are falling through! Like what was expected here.. obviously it would. You based it on my exact design, and I dont cut wood, so I didnt add any specific things needed to hold the item together.. thats what I paid Laserlink for. On the 9th of October I was told the item is done as it will go by courier if the courier comes that afternoon. It is now over a week later. I cant get hold of the team, I dont have a tracking number, and I am getting no joy from emails or phone calls. There is absolutely no customer service here. I MAY INCREASE MY RATING AND AMEND MY REVIEW IF SOMEONE ACTUALLY BOTHERS TO DELIVER MY ITEM!

Professional, efficient & quality. From my initial inquiry to the delivery (which was days earlier than expected) of my custom engraved puzzle - It was such a joy dealing with LaserLink. I will most definitely be using their services in future. People that love what they do and show it! Superb!

We ordered the welcome sign board as well as the pallet guest board. The products just arrived today. They look absolutely goooorgeous!! Much prettier than imaged.
