Very helpful sales staff, if not the most knowledgable. Was sold a product that did not work. On returning to the store was directed to their technical desk - offhand, unhelpful, and dismissive..!! When I enquired about a possible refund was met by a raft of “off the shelf” excuses, it’s been opened etc etc and left the store telling them to chuck it in the bin. My advice to the manager is to keep your technical people away from the paying public………!! Would I go back? Not a hope!

All the Covid procedures are in place. I agree with the other guides that the staff are friendly and quite knowledgeable about the products in there Store.It looks like they have a dedicated area for PC repairs as well.As far as the pricing structure is concerned they appear to be a little more expensive than the local competition out there.A few of the items we asked 8for were not readily available but under the current circumstances its understandable.They are ordering in what we require and took down our details.Lets see how the back order procedures work out.

The technicians are shocking!Knowledge does not exist!We had a pc build there its went fine.We bough a gaming pc took it to you guys to update it and your technicians said the MD was faulty so we sent the MB back to eftech and eftech said it was fine then we had to pay to buy a new MB and everytime we had to pay for labor even though you guys said it was faulty..Then we brought in a laptop for you guys to check what was wrong with it and the technician said it was fried. We asked for a report back so that we can send it to insurance. The 1st report said it was a power surge 2nd report was the MB is faulty due to power surge.So we sent it to insurance and they said that both reports are wrong the real problem is the MB is faulty because of wear and tear and now insurance rejected the claim.Then we had trouble with the gaming pc again and had to pay labor again for the pc to be checked out again even though it has been in a few times.Then when we received the pc the pc did not want to connect to the wifi network so we had to fix that.And this all happened from December till now!AND You wont find me kn the system because i am logging a complaint for my boss

Their service is second to none, from any computer shop Ive ever dealt with! I am in the process of writing a book, and as an avid writer, my keyboard is my key tool. My beautiful bluetooth keyboard packed up, and so off I went to buy a new one from Computer World.I found a Genius that fit my budget, but stupidly I didnt test it first. The stupidity doesnt stop there...After trying it out in the office, it just didnt suit a typist at all. I persevered for the day, and decided it just wasnt meant for me. So I packed it away, hoping to return it within the week.A week went by. I forgot! Another week... and I didnt get round to it. After 3 weeks I got in touch with them, explaining my poor discipline of not getting round to bringing it back, and explaining my situation.They were gracious enough to mention their return policy was 7 days, but offered to see me anyway, and invited me in.Upon inspecting the keyboard, still like new, they gladly accepted it as a return and credited me with Computer World credit to the value of the purchase. Very, very kind of them!!I just wanted a new keyboard, so this time, we decided to test them. The initial sales person who invited me in, Marno, gladly opened up almost 10 different keyboards allowing me to test them to see if I would be happy.He and the other staff were so patient and kind throughout my lengthy decision making process!After LOTS of trials, I eventually found the perfect Microsoft Keyboard that not only fit my budget, but is absolutely glorious to type on. I of course am typing this review on it right now.I couldnt have asked for better service! And I will always come back to Computer World for this one incredible experience.Customer service at its best!I want to thank Marno, the assistant who initially helped me with my return enquiry. The manager, who gave the OK to the return. And the other assistants in the store who even gave their input on a good typists keyboard.Well done, Computer World.
