Totally incompetent plumbers. Stay far away. I have a geyserwise system that keeps on tripping the electricity. Walker Bay insisted it is a faulty element and replaced it at great cost, although the system did not give a fault code of a defunct element. Needless to say - it did not solve the problem and they were just shaking their heads and left me with the problem.
