We arrived with friends from Mozambique who was visiting for the day. We did not realize that there were specific times for tours. We understood and asked if we could walk around to look at the various things in the shop. The lady behind the desk was unfriendly and rude. She remained seated, her manner was short and she could not be bothered to get up and simply tell us more about abalone or anything. Definitely not good public relations.
Awesome experience and great tasting for those who never had abalonr
