I had terrible experience on the website you say you open at 10am, and l waited until 11am still,there was no sign the shop will be opened,and l tried calling later during the day,the person who helped me didnt have more information if you guys can fix my iPad,they said they will get back me still am waiting for the response 😥

Thank goodness for The Big Byte. A clean little Apple-loving shop in the sleepy beachtown of Hermanus saved my 3-week vacation after a brand new US iPhone turned off suddenly and wouldnt do anything again.... While no real work was needed on the phone - the owner did a reset which worked like a charm and lost no info, then charged me nothing. I would never have gone here based on the rating, but after the hotel recommended him (and with no other option!) - I am so glad I did. Have a feeling the two negative reviews that make the rating so low arent real (see the owners reply to them)! Believe me: 5-stars.

Not good at all.. over charged and under delivered, used fake generic parts. Never again!!!
