The place is very intimate, quiet, secluded, very clean, you have a access a private beach and a lagoon,The place has a access to the great views, you have panoramic views of Hermanus. The are also eateries with great food and beers.👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 there are also friendly car guards on hand to assist you. If you are in Hermanus please do visit this place for your whale viewing.

Incredible place to be. Apartments are unbelievably beautiful.The estate is only about a 7 minute drive from the town centre and is 2 minutes away from the Hermanus New Harbour.There is security at the main gates and the general area gave the impression of being very safe.The estate also offers a picturesque walk along the shore with the New Harbour to your left.Next time we go to Hermanus, we will definitely be staying here again, no doubt about that.

Avoid, feels like being in an industrial estate at the end of a township. stay in central Hermanus only.

A piece of paradise.

Amazing

There are no complaints about the apartments themselves - everything is at a decent level. Wi-Fi, clean beds and towels, grill and even a washing machine. Exit to the ocean with sunset views excellent. There is only one trouble - the neighborhood with poor favelas in the south is literally 50 meters away. Because of what, the territory behind the fence is energized and constantly guarded.

Super apartment within a gated community with a view of the sea and equipment that leaves nothing to be desired.

I liked that very much. A bit out of the way, but quiet with rewarding sea views.

Dream location, directly on the sea. Serious and competent administration. Located just outside the city, car required. Privately owned apartments, our apartment (# 43) was super decorated and very clean.
