Good service. Just online order that does not help at all. Still have to stand in queue and same like ordering normally.....

Very nice and neat KFC.. Came all the way from Cape Town to Hermanus and was not disappointed at all.. Food used fresh oil and was not way too oily.

We went at Hermanus kfc today to but family treat 8 pcs they only gave us 8pcs,1 mash and coleslaw, 2 chips and 4 zinger wings they didnt give us 2 burgers.

The food was ok however we arrived 10mins before closing and they were not willing to cook any food so we had to take what was previously cooked.

They forgot to give me my order waited for more than 30mins started to serve people who come behind me not even telling me the reason why so disappointed about the service

This KFC are great. There service are good and the staff friendly. There chicken are great and very tasty. There bugers are very nice. Great food for on the go.

We had a big order so they said we must wait for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I had to enquire about our food. At which point we had to wait for a further 10 minutes. Chips were not crispy and the burgers were tough. Terrible communication and customer service.

KFC is halal here..I liked the crunch burger..... Really crunchy😄. Less area to sit and dine....

Im not sure anymore if chicken is their main product on the menu because they dont always have chicken available. Always have to wait 15 to 25 minutes for chicken, the same can be said for their Sandbaai outlet. Absolutely unacceptable.

Its KFC so its good. But a lot of the time they may be out of stock on something, or their ice cream machines may be down. No other complaints

Sauces in wraps werent spread evenly or it might have run down in the wrap, so the first half of the wrap was not very tasty

There are no words to describe the horrible quality of food we received. The hasbrown was as hard as a brick....the milkshake machine doesnt work...the card machine doesnt work.Oh my word....the poor people of Gansbaai has to just accept this horrible food and service.Why?

I visited this particular KFC on a pit stop and it was so filthy and disgusting....and I am not even talking about the bathroom... Super disappointed..

I stopped for takeaways yesterday afternoon, served efficiently and friendly. Then my experience was spoiled by the car guard in the parking lot next to the KFC, who refused to give me change when I tipped him with a note(even though there were two people waiting by the vehicle). This bad experience will stop me from visiting the area, pity as it is beautiful. As for going to that specific parking lot, I shall never go there again.

Tried ordering and paying online before arriving which caused mass confusion amongst staff. Ended up waiting 20 minutes after arrival. Has I not ordered online i would have waited only 5 mins. They are not ready for this feature yet and we ended up being the Guinea pigs Im afraid.

Was ok. Rolls was old, chips cold and very little for an adult.. KFC should really increase their portions..
