Friendly service with a good choice of books

The fact is that, during the time that I browsed the shop virtually nobody washed their hands without the manager first having to verbally request them to do so. Surely you have to realize that it is simply not visible enough. For you then to shout at customers from behind the counter after they already started browsing is rude and uncalled for.Whilst I am busy. A while ago I asked for a book that you had to order and was in no unclear terms told to pay before order, that whilst a gentleman standing right next to me was told that he does not have to pay at order. I know about your risks and it may have been an old client, but this kind of thing would never have happened during the previous owner’s time. The fact is that you could have achieved the same result with a different approach. You typical client is rather sophisticated, remember. You must adapt to that.
