Excellent food and great preparation but the online ordering system keep failing and forgets some of my order regularly. I suggest you order by phone only or better still, order at the counter if you want to get what you ordered. Friendly staff and they make very sure that the chipd are always fresh and hot.

I ordered an Original Steers burger for sit in. I waited a whole 30 minutes due to the fast that they somehow forgot to make my order. After all that, what they gave me and what I ordered looked like two different things. The burger had no pickles inside and they gave us the wrong drinks.I know I couldve spoke out and told them what was wrong with the burger but after reminding them about the order they forgot to make and after sending the waitress back to get us the actual drinks that we ordered, I felt like I am going to look like one of those people who always complain. I am never going there again.

Very poor service 26/01/21 we bought 2 king burgers time 17:20 the ladies were busy cleaning and they did not cook our burgers meat it was warmed up in microwave... the buns were wet imagine we drove off thinking we will eat along the road only to see rubbish tasteless food... we couldnt finish it our money down the drain... this has made me hate steers with all.my heart I will never ever set my foot there because of those two ladies

I placed an order at 17:51, its 19:42 and I still did not recieve anything. Everytime I called its a different excuse and aftwerwards I am just being ignored.

Terrible Terrible service from the woman behind the counter, cant even give you your order that is displayed on a screen in front of her, will never support them again, so disgusted, wish I could give zero stars!

NO STARS !!!I have placed an order for delivery today at 16h00.At 17h45 I followed up on my order, and a lady called Miguala informed me that she wil look into the matter and get back to me. She phoned back and the outcome was apparently that my delivery was listed as a collection. This collection was never asked for.She was of big help and support and immediately change my order to be delivered.At 18h45 I needed to follow up again, and according to Miguala, the MANAGER was on the way with my order.Only at 19h45, I finally received my order.I confronted the manager regarding this matter and she didnt try to rectify the matter or even asked how she can be sure of me being her client in future.She said she didnt agree with my perspective. I then told her that I will never make use of her services again.I have to say that she didnt even show any people skills. She sat in the car, giving the impression that she hopes not to be confronted by me.I thanked her for the delivery, but I am really disappointed.

Poor service, terrible delivery. Once ordered and never recieved order. Tonight took a chance agian. Ordered at around 18:00, almost 2 and a half hours later, still nothing. Also noted that they closed in the meantime, So were is my order? Disgusted. Think you need to change your strategies and follow ups on customer. You dont take the contact numbers for nothing. Will NEVER order from you again.

Waited too long for my order

Never ever going there. Was nearly man handled by the manager I think, for entering by the exit points. I dont think I deserve that treatment but hey. Me and steers Heidelberg Ill never buy there ever again. Treat your customers with respect.

I wish we could give them a -5 star. We ordered online, paid and everything. When the driver got here no social distancing was practiced, fortunately he did sanitize. When we opened our meal, the tomato and lettuce was old and brown. The chips was not fully cooked, we also ordered jalapeños on the chips that we did not get. Weve been trying to phone but no one answers, weve phoned the manager as well, no answer. We cant even go to the store as its not allowed. Steers is stealing from us, we want our money or jalapeños.

Best Steers Ive had can be slow on deliveries month end but what else can one expect when everyone else is ordering at the same time.

THIS IS VIOLATION OF THE LAW. Firstly he is telling me no sorry your order was not received. I have email and sms proof. Now he found my order on the shelve sitting there from who knows when. Your store will NOT see me again. And infact you should close with you violation of law.

Ordered at 15:45, its 20:15 now and nothing has been delivered. Received a phone call now asking if I received anything, because they just saw my order. I phoned after 2 hours and they said 3 hours for delivery. 4.5 hours later...

I have place an order with Steers Heidelberg Mall over their app for delivery. I waited 2 hours for my delivery. I then tried to phone them. I was put on hold and wasted R50 airtime without an answer.I am placing an order at a more reliable place. Its been 3 hours now with no feedback and no delivery. Thank God I did not pay with a credit card on line. Steers Heidelberg Sucks

I dont know if the staff and management dont understand, or simply dont care about online orders. I placed an order, on two different days, and both times when I get to the shop my order is not ready. This is really bad for the brand. I have decided not to place my orders online, its really heartbreaking...

Very noisy, the tables were not cleaned up and tables and chairs outside in total disarray. Like a low class dive and would not recommend it. Staff poorly trained with no attention to cleanliness. A franchise to be avoided.

The whole Steers/Debonairs/Fish Away franchise is really such a frustrating experience.If I want to talk to my local branch I need to speak to a Centralized agent. I do not want to order from the app etc.Debonairs must learn how to make pizzas

Very very bad experience. Waited half an hour to get cheesy chips with jalapeño and onion only to be told they dont have onions. That after waiting half an hour.. Very disappointed. Never seen them again.

NO service at all, and staff very unhelpfull and arogant agains white people....I will rather starve before I eat out again...luckly, my wife can cook, and totally different, because it is prepared with love....

The cashier is a problem she assist other who comes in after you and makes if you dont exist

My friend and I walked into the Steers Heidelberg Mall @ 7:50pm we stood at the counter trying to decide what we wanted. The lady behind the counter ignored us and avoided eye contact. When we tried to order she told us they were closed, but the doors were wide open and patrons were sitting eating and the kitchen was still busy. We walked out of the Steers at 8pm. I find this unacceptable to be ignored because it is close to closing. If the trading hours are for example 8am to 5pm any person that arrives at the establishment between 8am and 5pm should be served. Doors locked and lights off should only happen after the stipulated closing time, NOT before. Im very disappointed as this Steers has only been open a year and already the service is terrible.
