Offices of Stephan Kloppers and Madelein Herbst, issue with debit order for my medical aid. Made manual payment as soon as I received their email requesting this.I proceeded to ask if everything is okay and if the medical aid is still in order. After sending two emails they still have not responded. Its been almost 2 weeks now.Am I without medical aid now or what? Should I move over to someone who cares?Had to call 3 different numbers to finally get though to them. The excuse was they are exceptionally busy. Is that my problem? Medical aid isnt cheap and an email response is free.Strike one for Momentum - one left.
