Jasmyn Market is a very cute spot inside the Harties Windmill. Its a GIANT fruit and veg spot with a market outside and some hidden gems around the place. There is a bookshop which is better priced than some bookshops I have visited on the east rand. I stopped here for the famous farmstyle loaf of bread. A slice is almost as big as a dinner plate (I didnt take a photo, sorry).

The biggest range of quality fruit and vegetables available. A most enjoyable shopping experience at amazing affordable prices. Imported treats and freshly baked breads and cakes on sale daily. Our round trip is 190 km, worth every km we drive. Just love our visits which we have done for two years on a regular basis. We highly recommend.

Everything fresh from the farm to the table with an interesting selection of Dutch foods. The iconic windmill is a great spot to have a meal overlooking the manicured garden. Parking is free and plenty of it. Then theres also the outdoor market with more handmade goods to temp you. Kids will love it too 😉

The fresh produce is incredibly reasonable and the quality excellent. Lots of others meats and products at really good prices. Worth the 40 km drive. 3 restaurants to choose from as well. Really worth a visit

Lovely restaurant. The shop its self was stocked with all the veggies and fruit you could want. Stunning views from the restaurant deck. Nice bakery, gifts section and book shop.

Jasmyn is like a farmers market. Fresh diary products, meat, fruit and vegetables at very reasonable prices. Visit the Restaurant after shopping for a nice cappuchino or a nice meal. It can get very busy. Come early to avoid overcrowding.

Why I didnt discover this place early. One of my friend asked me to visit this place a couple of months ago. The location is superb. Lovely environment. First thing I noticed are the flowers. There are full of different flowers around the property. Temporary stalls are set up over the weekend. The main shop sells fresh veggies of unbelievable price. Its far cheaper than the other shops around the towns. I try to buy 2 weeks worth of vegetables if I go there. The butchery has large collection also. The food of the attached restaurant is good too. One can have a seat overlooking Hartbeespoort mountains. My daughter loves running on the ground in front of the property as many other kids do. So shopping and fun together.

What an amazing place to go, to have a total break of city life. Walking through the lush gardens, experiencing farm life while shopping through the fresh produce is something that everyone needs to experience. Very nice gift shop, especially catering for farm style or French style interior, not to mention the three fantastic restaurants on the premises.

The pies are meaty and delicious. Worth visiting.

This is worth every moment. Definitely worth the trip if you live not too far away. If I was an ~1hr drive away I will go there every weekend to buy my weeks groceries at Jasmyn. The quality and selection is beyond words.

A wonderful collection of shops, restaurants and the most amazing farmers market. There is a garden where you can have a picnic or quietly enjoy the book you just bought from the sizable bookstore upstairs. Do visit the Waffle House and try their Apple and Custard Waffle (lovely with cream) then wander through the shops or get your fruits and veggies at the well-priced Market.

If you are looking for fresh produce at cheaper prices then Jasmyn Farm Market is your destination. Great variety of fresh produce as well as other jams / nuts / sweeties and other yummies. There are restuarants and market style stalls selling above normal or your average flea market goods. Nice outing.
