Friendly staff. Enough pay points to avoid long queue. COVID regulations not enforced. Prices are higher than most grocery stores, I’d rather get good deals in wollies than here. Fresh produce not so fresh, I rather go to Jasmyn. Only use late for last minute needs as they close at 8pm.

Everything looks fine until you look in more detail. Where else can you look the fruit and veg dept.At the packed fresh veg dept. it seems as if Spar try to take shortcuts.

Freshly prepared vegies, meat and all salads you can think off. very convenient and nice.

Dirty as i have never seen a Spar. Its a disgraceful how bad it is not again. Flies all over the food and meat. Floors are so dirty you will get COVID just by walking around the place.

This Spar cant call themselves a Spar its dirty dirty dirty...at. Bakery staff will rather make themselve coffee in Microwave and ignore customers....its really really ashame what happened to Sediba Spar....next time Ill rather go anywhere else but to this Spar,even a Spaza shop is cleaner then this place the cheese on the shelves (fridge) is already starting to turn blue...no sies man no PROUD in this STORE...

I complain about Sediba SPAR almost 2 years ago and SPAR head office promised they will pass the complaint to the owner and in 2 years nothing has been done.Please see the pictures attached.

Very disappointed in this Spar. Dirty and untidy. Staff not very helpful. Asked for a product and was told if its not on the shelf there isnt any. Other stores would have been happy to check in their storeroom. Wont shop there again.

Sediba Spar is one of the super sized Spars. Its good for quick stop n shop and more. Its hours are very convenient and the shop has a broad range of products. Prices are normally reasonable.

As we all know to use Hand Sanitizers etc. Good and well, But the Trolleys are Filthy and Really not Hygienic. The one I had was spilled with Broken Eggs, left for Days, Not cleaned at all. My Wife take two Packets of Chipniks.. It was Sticky we ask a Young Cleaner to Wipe it Clean for us. (Thumbs up for her) The Managers should make sure all trolleys and Baskets are Hygienically Clean.I Thank you for this great opportunity to say my say.Greetings.

Many products with no prices marked on the shelf. Many products with damaged packaging. Staff standing around in the way of customers.But good variety of products and well stocked. Friendly cashier.

Can someone please explain to me why specifically backpacks are not allowed in your shop, we try to be eco friendly so we bring our backpack for shopping and its also a safety issue as woman with a backpack is less likely to be a victim of bag snatches and as my wife also has back problems, the backpack is easier on her spine.So the only conclusion I can come to is that Spar thinks only thieves use backpacks even if its way more reasonable to think pockets and handbags would be way easier to sneak stuff into. And thats besides the issue that you sell backpacks.Would it not be more reasonable to then ban all bags as you seem to believe that bags are the sole reason people steel.

Sediba Superspar was a lovely place but not any more. The store is dirty, flies everywhere, buns not fresh and overall just chaotic.

The worst Spar in South Africa. Always out of stock, dirty and no management in sight. Hartbeespoort need a new Spar owner that is about service, quality produce and community. I HATE this Spar!

Fruit&Veg at sediba mall

My mother bought a Grandilla and Chocolate Cake on the 2nd of July 2020 as she was coming home from work. She gave the Chocolate cake to her grandchildren and came home with the Grandilla one. Friday morning when we were about to eat the cake it was stale not fresh at all and the sponge had a dark marks on the price tag it was written 01-07-2020 sell by 06-07-2020. So my mother decided to take the back 05 July 2020 and she arrived at your store 18:10 she explained to the security that she is returning the cake due to the above mentioned scenario and the security called the store associate by the name of Kate. Kate told my mother the store is full and they are closed she must come tomorrow and my mother explained that she wont be able to come tomorrow because she travelling back to work (Jhb) and will be come back month end and Kate said they cant help her so my mother decided to leave the cake at door as she was disappointed of the service she got from the store. Your treatment towards your customers is disgusting🚮 !!!

The most dirtiest Spar in South Africa! The store is dark, floor tiles are cracked all over. The tiles in the butchery area is disgusting dirty ... not the standard I expect from Spar! Very dissapointed!

The store is dark, over packed and dirty. The stars is always wonderful but the trolleys and and store inside will do with some cleaning.

Some of the prices of products is higher if you compare it with other Spars.

Not so crowded & open until late on weekends

Fruit & veg department, confectionery and the butchery are well stocked making it a one stop super market but the pricing is a bit high on groceries although there are specials here and there

Out of the 3 spars around the dem this is by far the worst one. It might just be because of the holiday season however neither of the other 2 looked that bad.The quality of the meat looked like the fridges wasnt working and was lying in the heat.The whole store gave me an unclean feeling and all I wanted to do is get out of the store as quick as possibleIt use to be a beautiful spar.

When youre in the vicinity of the Hartebeespoort Dam, you most certainly can stop at the Sediba Super Spar. There fresh produce is fresh and the overall experience is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that the disable parking is also well maintain. Thank you very much.

WOW. MAYBE THE WORST SPAR EVER!!!! COCKROACHES RUNNING OVER THE COOKED FOOD. AND TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THATS NOT GOOD? THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE THEY JUST DONT CARE. HEAD OFICE BETTER STEP IN SOON!

Sediba Super Star is located in Sediba Plaza. It is a big Supermarket in whole Hartbeespoort. It has all kind of grocery items which can fulfill the need of Hartbeespoort people. You can find alcohol, fruits , and fresh vegetables. You can find mineral water, ice cream and fresh milk too. There are a lot of fresh salad, fresh cooked food and fried chips available which are very delicious.

Something went very wrong... it is no longer the shop us Harties residents are used to. Isles are full of boxes of new stock which doesnt get packed away for days and you cannot find what youre looking for. Often the fresh produce is either expired or already expired before the expiry date. Come on SPAR it used be our favourite shop. You have the perfect position in Harties.

After several requests and complaints to Management and staff over a lengthy period of time (both me and my wife over months) to please price their products, Ive just made my last purchase at Sediba Super Spar today. Im suspicious: after several complaints and requests nothing has changed. The price you get from staff on the floor is never correct as you always pay more at the till. Isnt it illegal? Or just another way of doing business nowadays?Its now 4 months later and I had NO reaction from SPAR SA or the Owners in Hartbeespoort. Is it a surprise then that this morning 17 October 2019 the Sherrif closed Spars door in Sediba Plaza.??! No customer service at all in the past. There are more businesses in Hartbeespoort with very bad customer service. Dreiers Hardware is one of them. Be careful Guys, customers are paying your salaries!

Worst Spar I have seen in a long time. Floors are dirty, ceiling boards missing with wires hanging out. So many flies on the bread. Was basically a nauseating experience.

The quality of food here is outstanding; one if the best Spars Ive come across. Service is really great and friendly, too.
