The food was amazing; long waiting time though. They didnt have those fancy milkshakes which was ridiculous cause thats one of the main attractions. The manager was very unprofessional, arguing with one of the staff members in front of us; circus.

We just had a meal at your Harrismith branch and we are very disappointed.My wife ordered the steak salad. The meat was over cooked dry, the meal came with about 5 pieces of meat, no feta,no red onion and the rest was not fresh.The waitress was amazing tho.When we left I did mention it to the group of ladies at the front desk and they were not to concerned.

The service was bad. The milkshake straws were thin and plastic. No consideration for nature. The waitress had zero personality. Zero ambiance.

Good value for money

Good food and attentive service, even if the waitresses need a little more training. What they lack in knowledge, they more than make up for in enthusiasm. Good steaks and outstanding lamb chops. Also really enjoyed the sweet potatoes. The blooming onion starter is really enjoyable, especially the chilly mayo

Located roughly between the N3 and the N5 national routes, and adjacent to Engen Garage, this restaurant is spacious, neat and well decorated with a dark theme thats not too overpowering. The seating is loosely open plan. The group seating setees are a bit too high for my likely, and might not appeal to children. Does not strike me as a place that would be popular with children but is ideal for business brunches and dinners.

Excellent service, good food and great menu prices. Prefer to stop here than go further to very busy commercialized restaurants.

Service was very bad. The food we ordered was not cooked correctly and on one plate the wrong food was brought. There was also no vegetables available and some drinks drinks was also not available. The restaurant was empty and we still waited more than 50 min for our food.

Had chicken burger. Breast was a bit tough. Chips and onion rings great.

Had some issue with bad meat. Owner friendly and sorted problem. Rest of us had a great meal.

Walked in at harrismith black steer for take away orde as we were just traveling through, as we browsed menu waiter turn our page of menu telling us no stock on this no stock on that.. I wanted ribs and she said out of stock, we then wanted wings she Said no only half portion left I said its fine for half portion. But ended up paying R65 for 4 winglets!?!?My husband took steakroll and what a disappointment as there werr 7thin slices of cold stake on, a bun so old its tough to break..Wish I checked the food before leaving the store I would have asked my money back!!Good money wasted!!

Extremely poor service. Waited nearly 50 minutes for 5 burgers. When we entered at 12:15 we where the only clients so no reason for the long wait. Meals was of very low standard. Also out of stock on ingredients so we had to substitute so did not get what we ordered. Chips and onion rings of very poor standard. Overpriced menu in general, so will not visit this establishment again.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. When I went it was very busy and seemed to crumble under the pressure of it all. Service was friendly but slow and food was good but cold. Overall, two hours of my life not well spent.

The best burgers

Perfect stop between Bloemfontein and Durban. Service was fantastic. The food was amazing with the best ribs ive had in a very long time. Lovely spicy food options aswell. Will definately stop over again on the way back to Bloemfontein.
