Was good service. Prices arent bad. It was difficult to judge what needed sugar and what didnt. I enjoyed the Hot white chocolate. Service was fair and it was difficult to communicate with screens and masks.

Prompt service and probably one of the best chocolate croissants I have ever had.

Poor. Forgot our coffee and then had attitude arguing that we hadn’t ordered (when we had a slip in our hand).To top it off the coffee was worse than below average. Threw it out after 3 slips.We have previously gone to other Seattle coffees and that is why we went there. Sad representation of the brand.I wouldn’t be surprised if they spat in my coffee and gave me Covid.

Their system is very poorly thought out - you wait in one queue to order and then have to go and pay at another station and then return and to collect your coffee, which only gets made then. The wait is ridiculous and the staff are rude
