We are so disappointed in chocolate factory Greatbrakriver not only are they extremely expensive but rude . The sales lady made comments to the clients to stand far back from glass .. why dont she close chocolates up and or learn how to respect her client . it is not worth the time to visit

Just a little chocolate shop in the front of someones house.Owner was away (despite it being peak season) so no option to do pairing tastings which why we took the drive through.Tasting was just buy 3 truffles and it eat it there.Price is decent and decent chocolates, not the best handmade Belgian chocolates I had.Worth popping in if you are passing through not worth it for the drive alone.

A total disaster. Their loose mat on the very smooth tiles slipped and I fell and cut my arm very badly. No rubber under underneath.Had to go to hospital for suturing two badly degloved injuries on my right arm. Not even offered any discount or a small token of their guilt .A medico -legal hazrd

Wow Christiaan Barnard ... Think its a little unfair to leave such a review at this time. I visit La Chocolaterie Rococo regularly and have only just received good service and their handmade chocolates are of high quality at very reasonable prices compared to the same products here in the Cape. Any store is going to ask you to keep your distance in stores this season. Ive already had Covid myself and feel you should rather appreciate them putting the clients safe 1st in this difficult time.
