Great place with great service and the food was especially the best. Those flapjacks was amazing 10/10 and the hash browns also amazing 10/10 . Nolly and all the staff was so kind and caring. The rooms were lovely and clean. Amazing place, definitely recommend it to have a wonderful holiday. We will definitely go there again soon

Rooms need a bit of maintenance but the breakfast. Hmm lovely and so tasty. I loved the muffins and pancakes in particular. Buffet was also very very nice and more than satisfying.

Amazing service from all the hotel staff, (Aus Nolly stood out the most for me and Im sure she did for everyone else who has visited the place). Truly exceptional service.

The service is excellent, the staff is exceptional, facilities well managed...the hotel is based next to the main road so you can hear the traffic accross the street. Could be improved for efficiency and perhaps noise reduction, but workable and quite decent.

Wish their was a small gym though they can try to convert pool into heated for the winter break would attract more holiday lovers throw in a jacuzzi or sauna or massage rooms

The place was close to our site of activities (Graskop gorge lift & co). The manager Mr Mabunda is hospitable, he attended to our requests satisfactorily. The food is amazing (compliments to the chef). Nollyis a great hostess, she is friendly and funny 😀. And of course the rest of the stuff we came across with is also warm 😊. I mostly enjoyed the breakfast and braai buffet during our stay. Thank you Mr Mabunda and team for the great stay and making it feel like home and memorable🙏🏾

Lovely stay in an arty room. Staff are helpful & friendly. Chef makes delicious lamb shank!Expect a bit of noise over a weekend as the hotel is on a main road. Management also controlled a few noisy guests, so that was refreshing.Will stay there again!

Welcoming of guest Was not at its best. Furniture and decor is old/ancient materials, real wood. Many things to explore mounted on walls. The breakfast was very nice. There is no space for parking and is not conviniet to park your car. But i enjoyed my stay. They can still improve

My family and I stayed at this hotel over December in 2019. We absolutely enjoyed the stay. The hotel is unlike any other Ive visited. I loved that each room was designed by a different artist. The breakfasts and dinners were wonderful but the best of all really was the friendly staff who were always willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be visitng again.

Clean and spacious rooms with a/c and ceiling fan. Breakfast were ample and nice. Staff friendly and accommodating. Loved it.

The staff is so friendly and our stay was really comfortable. It’s located literally around the corner from the big swing and a few steps away from the famous Harrie’s pancakes. It’s also perfectly located if you’re thinking of venturing through the Panorama route. I would definitely go back.

A very nice hotel in the middle of townQuiet garden rooms. Perfect stay.

Location of hotel is great, however thats about all that is good.Service was pretty much non existent, everytime we asked for something it felt as if we were causing trouble.The room we stayed in, the lights didnt work, and one of the dressers handles had come off.We were also facing the main road, which was extremely noisy, we didnt get a good night sleep at all.For the price there is plenty of B&B in the area that are so much better! Not recommended

So far upon arrival we still OK. This place has Vintage Touch, a nice Poolside, the only thing I have a problem with: There no Soft Music, you just watch Tv. It doesn’t Cater for all people, like for instance they don’t have some Ciders like Bernini Blush, Ice Tropez etc:

Management is the reason we stay - the Graskop team is amazing, we recently stayed at the hotel and they assisted us with a family room. Breakfast was good and poolside drinks were cold. The facilities were clean and the pool inviting. Loved the decor and the safe parking.

A wonderful art boutique hotel nestled in the mountain top village in Graskop. Lovely stay as its close to all the waterfalls and other amenities that a tourist would want. Unfortunately does no dinner so went to Abs restaurant across the road and was not disappointed. Hopefully the hotel will eventually open a restaurant as its such a quaint hotel and sitting in the lounge with a fire burning is just bliss. Great staff who are very friendly. Accommodation is lovely with each room done up by South African artists. Would be great if they had a wellness centre for massages and facials and could sell beautiful products to remember you stay . Enjoyed my stay anyway and great breakfast and doesnt break the budget

Wow the waitresses here are just extremely friendly I couldnt believe it. The breakfast was just R90 and I didnt sleepover. The decor is also very cosy. I think this is the most gorgeous place in Graskop. The food was also very fresh and well prepared. The coffee is also really good!

Good location with a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. The hotel has a beautiful maintained lawns and a garden, a big swimming pool. This place it wasnt worth its amount, theres no bar fridge, coffee making facilities, not even a bottle of drinking water. Was such a let down. The muffins at breakfast were rock hard.

Very convenient when going from Krueger to Johannesburg. The nature around is just amazing. The hotel offers all the facilities. The swimming pool is very refreshing at the end of the day.
