Hi, I wouldnlike some Calamari.....o sorry we dont have stock we waiting for delivery of the calamari...okay can i have some chips for my kid please....ooooo, its going to take long...clearly Gem does not want to do business,its my first time going there to give it a try and this is the service? Sound like nothing is in stock and if aomething is in stock you want its going to take very long?

Seriously one of the best burgers Ive had in my life. Fresh patty, bun lots of sauce. Just totally amazing. Service was friendly as well. My new fav spot in Graaff Reinet!
