Well my experience with Tracey has exceeded all expectations. I am a South African living in Thailand at the moment. I wanted to apply for an Australian Tourist visa to visit my sister. My Family Visa was declined around a year ago and after a lengthy dispute, the decision was overturned. I had since moved from PE to JHB and having no contact number or email for TLS (visa application centre), I visited their offices in Jhb only to be told it needed to be handed in at the PE branch. Out of desperation I googled for an agent to assist. Within a few rings Tracey responded, understood what needed to be done. The documents were sent by priority mail & within an hour or two after receipt she attended to the matter giving feedback the same day.
