Seeing a urologist can be a quite awkward… but Dr Coetzee was awesome. Made me feel really at ease and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. What a great doctor!

He definitely has a passion for people and very caring and kind. I felt so lost when my partner of 12 years and love of my life had to go into hospital and I couldnt be with him because of covid regulations. He went in on Monday and they picked up on scans on Tuesday that he had a large tumor in his one kidney. He told me to come home as he knew he would have to be in hospital for another 5 days. We live 3 hours away from PE and I would have had to stay in guest houses the whole time and wouldnt have been able to see him so I went home, not knowing how I would get any news of how he is. Dr Coetzee phoned me on Tuesday night and assured me that he would keep me up to date and let me know how he is. He also told me exactly what he was going to do and seemed very positive. Immediately after the operation he phoned me and put my mind to ease. It was such a relief to receive such empathy.

Fantastic, brilliant Doctor. Easy to talk with and I would recommend anyone with problems with regards urology to see him.

I would highly recommend Dr Coetzee to anyone who would need his services. He is by far the best doctor I have ever been to.he is thorough and pays attention to detail. He makes you understand what ever he is explaining while also keeping you at ease. He is very patient, friendly and is generally an outstanding doctor.
