I visited the Pier 14 branch with the aim to find out prices for my sister who just came fresh out of school. The receptionist provides an ill customer service. A man sitting next to her communicated with me rather. Her personality is truly not appetising. I would not want to get skills related to customer service provided by this company nor would I hire someone having their certificate on their CV. I later on that day after hours found an alternate short skills provider who has been delivering these skills for some time now they filled the gap left by Ululo technology. My reason for the review is for you to improve you customer services because you never know who take customer services serious and will make a review about it.
