My Karcher SC4 Steam Cleaner was sent in for repairs in November 2019, I have called numerous times to find out how much longer until it is fixed, and every time I hold for at least 7 minutes while they find out when it will be ready, only to reply that the parts have arrived, it will be fixed soon. It is now 3 months later😡😡😡😡
