Contacted them. Tried to get them to assist with our pool. They just ignored me. I guess they are rich enough that they dont need more clients.

Thank you for the recommendation, but I was not really happy with the service. I had to follow up as when the outstanding services were to be completed as per quote and once done, could not really see a big difference from the before and after pic sthat we took ourselves.

Still waiting for a quote two weeks later and they broke handle off filter when they came to look and after numerous ways of trying to contact, they never came to replace it

Sean gave good advise on how to fix an air leak in our system, his quote was very reasonable and we didnt have to wait long for his crew to come to the job either, air leak sorted and sand replaced. Thank you Sean, we will definately make use of your services again

I thought i had finally found a decent pool company in PE. what an absolute disappointment. they broke my filter timer, lied to me about a free sand replacement and never kept the arranged pool cleaning appointment. stay away from this company.
