These plumbers were contracted by my insurance company to replace water pipes stolen at my property.Having completed half of the job the week before, I was given a time of 12.30 to give access to the team to complete the job. After 20 minutes waiting for them I rang the office and was instructed they are on their way. I sent a further message and was told they are packing up and on their way. The mug I am I waited until 13.40 (1 hour, 10 mins).Further calls to the office went answered.(It was lunchtime.)At 14.15 I get a call from the office to say the team has arrived and are wanting to access the site. No apology when I explain that this is not acceptable.It seems they dont want to finish the job as the insurance company is now paying me to complete the remaining aspect as they are booked up for the next 2 weeks.
