People should be cognizant of the fact that there are 4 doctors at this center. I have been with Dr Coetzee for many years and he is truly amazing. The admin staff however clearly have too much on their plate and go long periods of time just ignoring a patient.

What a terrible experience. Went for a covid test referral. Sat outside for an hour. Phoned the reception to ask whether they forgot about me. Went for the test. Tested positive and still waiting for doctor to contact me.

Was lucky if I was examined for 5 seconds, received absolutely no empathy or much interest from the doctor, was in a lot of pain.Sent for scan got no feedback thereafter, as a medical professional myself I am very disappointed. Will not be back

1st time visiting the practice. I felt so ill and the doctor had no bedside manners and made me feel uncomfortable. Even in covid times did not take my temperature or my pulse or even bloodpressure.He just wanted me out of the room, did not even ask my name. Totally uncomfortable and a very bad experience especially as a young female.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. We waited 45 minutes to see the doctor while everyone after us went in to their doctors even people who were there for 5 min. When I was told to get tests done I sat by the clinic area. The nurses just passed me as if I wasnt even there. Waited 30 min before I decided to leave as I had to go back to work. They didnt even follow up if we were coming back on Monday to do the tests Please do not not go here. The doctors make snarky comments as if they didnt know there is a pandemic happening. Would give it a zero if could. Go to the Belmore klinicare if you want an appointment. The people who work there are lovely and the doctors are more friendlier.
