Booked accommodation for a night on our way to Hermanus and we were VERY disappointed.The place looked like it had never been cleaned or upkept.Towels looked dirty and were littering the bathroom. There was bags of rubbish lying outside on the patio. The fridge was full of spiller alcohol and frot meat.The bed sheets stank and were stained.Overall felt very dirty and unhygienic.

It’s okay, small room but great security system and maintenance

Its okay. The houses are built very cheaply and they are very small, also very closely built next to others. But its not all that bad. We received good service from the office. I wont live here for years and years, but thats just my opinion. Maybe this will be the perfect place for someone else who doesnt care about a lot of space & privacy.

My family and I are currently staying on the estate. But after our experience, we wont be staying here for long.When we first moved in we thought it was the perfect place. Until there were things around the unit that needed to be fixed. More especially my door and mirror that had been cracked. I reported the matter to the estate agent who assisted us with the property and then later the estate manager. They kept making promises about sending people to attend to the matter but nothing has come of it. I have been waiting for a full 6 weeks for people to attend to my unit and nothing has come of it. The service here is really appualing. They are very quick to send notifications about payment yet when it comes to customer complaints, matters get addressed very slowly. We are not happy at all.

What a place to live in. Great!! Security, peace but they are still building, the noise during the day in the last phase is unbearable but understandable.

Beautiful place

Fourleaf Estate is a glorified squatter camp. Houses are hilariously small, with so much expense spared that youll be shocked with what could and will break in and around the house - and you will be forced to carry the expenses yourself. The backyard is useless as there are no trees or privacy and it isnt even connected to the the house via a door. The worst part is that nothing you complain about will be attended to and your deposit will be taken from you whether you take care of the property or not.

First when we saw this place if was a dream come true.its very modern and very secure...I have stayed there for over and year...The materials they use to build the place is utter rubbish.The agent thats there compare the one who helped us when we moved.She has no manners..She think nothing ofthe next person..As for the deposit u suppose to get back they look for anything just to keep your money...Our place was well looked after.But according to them they need to paint because tjere was small holes nd the Granet was Cracked ..Apparently thats the 1st thing she checks for.So my question is am i the 1st tenant or does this happend to everyone...I am definetly not leaving it like this...
