I must say that our experience here at Riverfront has been nothing but amazing.The location is ideal and is truly a hidden Gem.We have spent a relative time in the Eastern Cape and have been at a few establishments which we were essentially very pleased with as all in there own right have something to offer.The Village of Redhouse is a friendly place,its secure and has a variety of activities.The host of Riverfront is a peoples person and is very helpful.Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a truly magical place, an enchanting setting on a river full of natural wonders with exceptionally generous owners who go the extra mile to introduce their guests to aspects of South Africa very few tourists ever get to see. This place is a must for anyone looking for a home away from home, an example of how life should be lived, and an authentic African experience. Do yourself a favour and go!!

Really cool place! The room was okay so thats why it is a four star but for experience it was great. Not in the center of everything but when youre on a river like that why would you want to be. Great vegetable and herb garden and vibe! We even all shared a meal one night as a bug group. Excellent experience and I would love to return there.

Excellent Hostel in an old Victorian villa a bit outside of town. The owner is super friendly and he even took us to an art project of some friends of him. Just ask him for this as well :)

Great place where to relax and meet cool people. Its off of the beaten paths and its better to rent a car to get here. The people that work here are great. To wake up in the morning overlooking the river is amazing.

Our stay generated the opportunity for some priceless experiences and hopefully some life-long connections and friends! Rustic, beautiful old house next to the river, free use of equipment for river excursions. Really friendly owners. Clean common area

Lovely venue. Free WiFi. Beautiful view of the river. Not good safety for your vehicle. You park in the street.

Cheap, cozy place by the river. Not near port Elizabeth city center. Mark, the owner, is a very nice guy. The free breakfast is just toast with some peanut butter if you are lucky.

More a backpackers than a guesthouse. Garden unkempt, property untidy. Location very nice and amenities inside are nice.

Very nice hostel right on the river. Very nice, friendly owner family.Location outside of Port Elizabeth, but Uber makes it easy to get to the city.
