They have a smoothie/coffee bar and offer a membership plan to use facilities and go to group classes, as well as personal training plans for groups or one on one. Awesome place to excercise at with quality equipment and they also have classes in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, mma and karate. Highly qualified instructors and friendly staff. Also has a nice cafeteria overlooking the arena.
